• Dissatisfaction with Advice: As astrology is a subjective and interpretive science, dissatisfaction with the prediction, remedy, or advice does not qualify for a refund.
• Client No-Show: If the client fails to attend a booked session without adequate prior notice.

2.2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Timely Cancellation	Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment: **Full Refund** (minus applicable payment gateway fees).
Late Cancellation	Less than 24 hours’ notice: **No Refund or partial refund (up to 50%)** at the sole discretion of AppliedJyotish management.
Non-Delivery of Service	If the astrologer or system fails to deliver the service due to internal error: **Full Refund**.
Duplicate Payment	In the event of a confirmed duplicate payment: **Full Refund** of the extra amount.

2.3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to **info@appliedjyotish.com** with relevant booking details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** and credited to the original payment method.
• Actual credit reflection depends on the payment gateway and your financial institution’s timelines.
